OCSM Sports Performance is conveniently located in Metairie, La less than 15 minutes from any location within the New Orleans Metropolitan Area. We are adjacent to the Orthopedic Center for Sports Medicine, where we have 2 Sports Medicine Doctors, a Physical Therapy Clinic and a full service medial staff
Our Performance Facility consists of a 2500 sq. ft. downstairs indoor volleyball/basketball court and weight room. Upstairs we have a 6000 sq. ft. training center with turf field, batting cage, weight room and recovery center.
In our Recovery Center we have the Normatec Recovery Boots for the arms, legs and hips, the Hyperice massage guns and rollers for use for our athletes.
