Welcome to the newest addition at OCSM! Our Functional Strength Circuit class is the perfectly balanced training program where adults from all fitness backgrounds can gain strength, increase range of motion, and leave feeling invigorated.
This 60 minute class combines strength, balance, core and mobility work to maximize your time in the gym and to train smarter, not harder! Gone are the days where you are in a class overrun with too many people with limited coaching! We are here to serve you and your goals!
