From Speed & Agility to Volleyball, Baseball Training, and Softball Training, we are excited to have you hear to level up on your skills, invest in your health and have some fun this summer!
We have multiple sessions running through the summer to maximize results and to be flexible with you and your family’s plans!

Speed & Agility Clinic
Offered in all summer sessions: This program is geared to the athlete who wants to have fun while improving their speed, change of direction and form!
We will work on improving their running economy, overall form, change of direction skills, and speed development.
This program is perfect for the athlete looking to make moves on the playing field!
Tuesday & Thursday
Ages 6 – 10
Time: 8:30-9:30 AM or 5:30-6:30 PM
FLEX Program
Foundations of Learning EXercise.
Is your child about to go into high school and play sports? Have they been introduced to proper form and technique in the weight room? Do they want to get stronger, but do the movements correctly ?
Our FLEX program prepares all pre-high school athletes with the skills, information and fun of training, while being safe and purposeful.
Tuesday & Thursday
Ages 10-13
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Volleyball Training (10 & Under)
Focusing on the fundamental basics and introductory volleyball skills for the beginner level, younger athlete
Available Sessions:
- Session A (May 30 – June 10)
- Session B (June 13 – June 24)
- Session D (July 11 – July 22)

Ages: 10 & Under
Time: 5:30-6:30 PM
Volleyball Training Clinics

Volleyball specific training for the adolescent (Ages 11 and older) athlete that is familiar with the skills needed to compete.
Each session has 2 clinics offered. The athlete can choose to do one or both.
The pricing is only for one clinic (4 days of training)
*Clinics are not interchangeable unless you purchase 2 clinics.
Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance Training is Weight Training specialized for athletes high school and college aged
Learn the right form, train under supervised guidance and have a program designed for you and your sport(s). This program comes with a Performance Assessment where we test your son/daughters skills every 90 days to see progress.
This program is for athletes 12+, in high school and/or college.
Times will vary depending upon athlete and coaching availability, either in the morning or afternoon. Scheduling is on a week to week basis.
The Sign up period for this service runs indefinitely through the year. Spots are limited. The best time to start is now.
Baseball Clinics & Training

Summer Baseball Clinics at OCSM Sports Performance are geared for Youth and High School Athletes. We group our athletes by ages 6-11 and 12-18.
Training with our staff, we build the athlete from the inside out, developing mindset, routines and establishing a solid foundation.
We welcome all athletes to come level up their skills, improve their game and learn from the best in the city! We are so excited to be hosting Clinics at OCSM Sports Performance

Softball Clinics & Training

August 13, 2022 is our first softball clinic of 2022!
