IPT is one of our most exciting programs offered at OCSM! Our IPT Program is performance training designed for our adult population who are interested in custom and structured training to meet their goals and to improve their life!

NO MORE GUESS WORK IN THE GYM!

Build your body in a smart and safe manner while building community, health and happiness alongside other APT members!

Before you start, all APT Clients must perform an initial Performance Assessment (included in program) in order to evaluate progress through the training program.

Our program focuses on:
1. Developing basic movement recall and exercise knowledge.
2. Improvement of movement skills and positioning.
3. Overall improvements in Strength, Mobility, endurance and stamina,
4. Customization of programming based upon needs.
5. Importance of Teamwork, community and making you happy with your body!

OCSM FORCE is a high-energy strength and conditioning class designed to help you move, look, and feel your best. Each 60-minute session combines functional strength training, mobility, conditioning work and stretching, for a complete full-body workout. Move your best and feel you best!

FORCE delivers a challenging but scalable experience for all fitness levels — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes!

LOW IMPACT: Move better. Stay consistent. Feel confident.
A joint-friendly, full-body fitness class that moves at your pace. OCSM Low Impact emphasizes strength, mobility, and cardio with minimal stress on joints. Expect controlled movements, bodyweight work, resistance bands, light to medium weights, and continuous coaching cues to maintain form throughout.

BURN: BURN is a 60-minute, high-energy circuit training class designed to torch calories and elevate your fitness. Each session blends total-body strength, core work, and heart-pumping cardio to keep your body moving and your metabolism firing from start to finish.

We offer clear modifications, with the option to use weights or stick to bodyweight only—making BURN challenging, scalable, and effective for all fitness levels.

It’s the perfect class to sweat out the stress from a busy week or weekend and walk out feeling stronger, accomplished, and riding a serious endorphin high. 💪🔥
