Recovery Program

Athletes 13+
Our Recovery Program was designed for the athlete who is feeling tightness, general body soreness from a busy athlete schedule or who is in need of improving overall mobility and flexibility.

In our sessions, we utilize Vibration and Compression Therapy using the Hyperice / Normatec Compression boots to speed up recovery times and decrease discomfort.

Many athletes who weight train at their school, but do not have access to recovery tools, will come in after practice or games to use our recovery tools to aid in their performance.

The Hyperice/Normatec compression sessions last between 15-45 minutes.

Mobility sessions generally last 60 -75 minutes.


Our program focuses on:
1. Developing basic movement recall and exercise knowledge.
2. Improvement of movement skills and positioning.
3. Overall improvements in Strength, Mobility, endurance and stamina,
4. Customization of programming based upon needs.
5. Importance of Teamwork, community and making you happy with your body!
