Adult Training
Essential Sports Performance Class
Essential Sports Performance Class: This 60 minute, weekly class is for athletes 10-14 who are newer and interested in a structured, challenging and fun class that will get them stronger, fast and more agile.
This class is designed for the athlete who may have limited time to train, but is still interested in improving their skills, while having fun, competing and enjoying the training atmosphere !
Specialized Sports Performance Training: The Specialized Programming track is for the dedicated athlete who is looking to train multiple days a week with a specific program based on their sport(s) of choice.
Each athlete will receive a Sports specific, exercise, weight training and conditioning program based off of an athletes Initial Movement Assessment.
This program will improve the skills needed to master each sport, improve strength and decrease injury prevalence.
The Specialized route also comes with a complementary Mobility Membership, with full access to our Hyperice/Normantec Vibration and Compression Recovery tools.
From Contact Sport Athletes, Rotational Based Athletes or Long Distance Runners, our programming will be specific for the sport played and incorporate needed exercises and drills to enhance areas of limitation.
All athletes must complete an initial Performance Assessment in order to evaluate progress through the training program.
The training program will be custom for each athlete once the assessment is complete.
All Sports Performance Training Programs focus on:
1. Quick recall of primary movements.
2. Mastery of form and function behind each movement.
3. Improvement of communication skills.
4. Adherence to a consistent program
5. Importance of Teamwork and selflessness.
6. Education on how to alter movements.
7. Application of exercises to the sport(s) of their choice.

OCSM Baseball / Softball
Our goal is simple: “Out of yourself and into the team”. From each training session, each week, each month, and through the training year, the OCSM team is dedicated to positively impacting our athletes by establishing routines and developing a greater sense of self through our programming and attention to detail.

FLEX Class
“Foundations of Learning Exercise”
The perfect program for the athlete looking to take the “next step” in their training! Our FLEX program is the Foundation to all of our programming!
FLEX is the Fundamentals of weight training AND Speed & Agility Training! FLEX was created as the introduction to structured weight training under guided supervision taking a body weight approach first while working on speed, sprinting and agility.
Learn proper form, cues and prepare properly leading into the High School years. FLEX is an Introductory, small group sports performance training program for beginner athletes around the ages around 10-12. It is the perfect place to start improving athletic skills, while learning high quality exercise form!
Age Level: Beginner/Middle School (Ages 10-12)

Speed & Agility Class
Designed for the athlete who wants to challenge their skills, compete and improve their speed!! Regardless of the sport, our speed & agility program was created to challenge athletes current movement skills and train them to improve in all ranges of motion.
Training sessions are broken into linear speed, lateral speed, or an agility/ change of direction focus. We incorporate group competition in a safe and fun environment while teaching and building upon the fundamentals of high quality movement.
Age Level: Youth (Ages 6-10)

Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Personal Training
Training sessions that includes custom programming, nutritional guidance, accountability coaching, and teamwork development. Train under the guidance of a certified OCSM Coach and work towards the specific goals you have in mind! Its time to invest in yourself and become the best YOU!

Adult Performance Training (APT)
One of our newest programs offered at OCSM! Our APT Program is performance training designed for our adult population who has goals to improve their athleticism, challenge their body and pursue a lifestyle of health and happiness!
Wether you are planning to train for a 5K or improve upon your golf and tennis game, our APT Program will assist in reducing chronic pain, increase your strength and improve your range of motion where it is needed most!
All APT Clients must perform an initial Performance Assessment (included in program) in order to evaluate progress through the training program.
All APT Clients have full, complementary access to our Hyperice Recovery Tools and modalities aimed to aid in muscular recovery and overall joint range of motion !
