IN SEASON ARM CARE
Overview:
The OCSM Arm Care Program is designed to help baseball athletes build resilient, healthy arms/shoulders throughout the season. Each session focuses on rotator cuff strength, targeted mobility work, and teaching a consistent arm care routine to reduce injury risk while improving overall strength and durability. All sessions are 60 minutes and small group training, ensuring proper technique, intent, and progression from start to finish.
This program is for athletes 12 and older and starts on Monday, February 23rd.

Summer Basketball Program
Two 4 week sessions program designed for basketball players looking to step up their game for the next season
Session A: June 2nd – June 27th Session B: July 7th – August 1st
10U Practice Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-11:30am
11+ Practice Schedule: Wednesdays: 5:30pm-7pm Saturdays: 11am-12:30pm
Pricing: $275/Session

ADVANCED SPEED + STRENGTH TRAINING
Speed & Strength Program designed for Off-Season Athletes to get faster and stronger for their next season.
Program focuses on improving: – Agility – Change of Direction – Sprint Mechanics – Weight Training – Core Stability – Mobility
Pricing: $225/10 sessions

COLLEGE/PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING
In town for the holidays? Need a place to throw? OCSM Sports Performance is the perfect place for a one stop shop for your off-season training.
OCSM is equipped with amenities such as; batting cage, timing gates, OVR, Hyperice Compression Boots, and more! A gym with great atmosphere & energy where you can work through your assigned programming from your Strength Coach, or if you need a curated program designed by Robert Reichert himself.
