
Welcome to OCSM Sports Performance’s Mental Health Week, where we have closed our facility to observe 7 days away from the rigors of work, training and the “routine” that we have.
Over these 7 days, we’ll be away from the routine of work, while giving our athletes and staff an opportunity to invest into the mental side of training. This week was designed to give actionable resources to all of those who need it and to open minds up to other ways of performance training.
This Mental Health Week is also for the parents who always plan, schedule, work and drive all week. Just as much as kids need mental health resources, parents need a space to relax the mind and invest into the soul.
As we go though life and work in the “real world”, breaks are hard to come by and frowned upon by society at times.
Not here. Not at OCSM.
We have a family first approach and that includes anyone we train, anyone who works here and anyone in our overall network. It is our honor to put this material together for you and impact your life!
