Two 4 week sessions (8 weeks) program designed for basketball players looking to step up their game for the next season

10U Practice Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-11:30am
11+ Practice Schedule: Wednesdays: 5:30pm-7pm Saturdays: 11am-12:30pm

SUMMER ADVANCED SPEED + STRENGTH TRAINING

Speed & Strength Program designed for Off-Season Athletes to get faster and stronger for their next season.
Program focuses on improving:
Agility – Change of Direction – Sprint Mechanics – Weight Training – Core Stability – Mobility.
Sessions can be scheduled online. All sessions are coach led in a semi private, small group setting.
Pricing: $225/10 sessions

Baseball Programs:

Summer is here and baseball is in full swing! OCSM Small Group Training is the perfect complement to a summer where extra reps and training are needed! Not playing summer ball or travel ball? No problem! We love athletes of all skills and abilities !
Sessions are customizable. Small groups, teams, semi privates and solo sessions! OCSM Baseball is here to serve the athletes baseball needs!

SUMMER ARM CARE PROGRAM
Overview:
The OCSM Arm Care Program is designed to help baseball athletes build resilient, healthy arms & shoulders throughout the in season. Regardless if it is school ball or travel ball season, volume is being put on the arm and the proper strength program is needed.
Each session focuses on rotator cuff strength, targeted mobility work, and teaching a consistent arm care routine to reduce injury risk while improving overall strength and durability. All sessions are 60 minutes, coach led and in a small group training setting (up to 5 athletes only). This is to ensure proper technique, intent, and progression from start to finish.
This program is for athletes 12 and older.
