Youth Training Programs

Programming for athletes 6 years old to 13 years old.

Speed & Agility

Athletes Ages 6-10.
Speed & Agility is the starting point for all youth athletes as they being to develop a deeper sense of interest and ability into athletics.

This class is key to developing better foot-eye coordination and improved running form for any sport played.

All classes are 60 minutes and will focus on a wide range of skills all while being fun and engaging!

Our program focuses on:
1. Developing basic movement recall.
2. Improvement of running form and skills.
3. Hand/Foot Eye Coordination and Recall.
4. Development of communication skills.
5. Importance of Teamwork and selflessness.


FLEX

Athletes Ages 10-13
FLEX stands for the Foundations of Learning Exercise. This program is the missing link for all middle school athletes transitioning into high school athletics. We teach the basic and most fundamental aspects of weight training and speed work to develop a “high school ready” athlete.
Our program focuses on:

1. Developing movement recall of primary movements.
2. Improvement of form and function behind each movement.
3. Development of communication skills.
4. Adherence to a consistent program
5. Importance of Teamwork and selflessness.
6. Education on how to alter movements.
7. Application of exercises to the sport(s) of their choice.
